WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
When you have registered for our newsletter, have requested a download, have registered for a free online workshop and/or training, have completed a contact form, have made a purchase or make other requests for one of our products and/or services, you will be asked to fill in your details. We only process the data that you provide to us yourself. This can be the following data:

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
We use your first name and e-mail address for sending commercial newsletters and retargeting for Facebook advertisements. We only do this with the data that we have obtained through downloading free documents and requesting free workshops/training, not with data that we have received via our contact or quotation forms.
Your first name, e-mail address and telephone number that you enter in a form for a quotation request and contact form, are used to be able to make a quotation and/or to answer the contact request. We store this data in our system and will send you a one-time e-mail here to request permission to comply with the AVG Act. In case of no permission, this data will be deleted at the end of each month. This is also indicated on the relevant forms.

If you have registered for our newsletter, have requested a download, have registered for a free online workshop and/or training, have completed a contact form or made a purchase and do not wish to receive an email from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.
Your e-mail address will be immediately removed from our file and will not be saved.
In addition, we share data, which we have obtained through requesting a free workshop/training, with Facebook in order to create advertising target groups. More information about Facebook’s privacy policy can be found here. Your data may also be transferred by Facebook to the United States. NEWSLETTERS
You can sign up for our various newsletters. This way you stay informed of our offers, promotions and our news. We have general and personal newsletters. We compile the personal newsletters on the basis of your data, such as previous orders or downloading free documents and requesting free workshops/training, not with data received via our contact or quotation forms. That makes the newsletter more interesting for you. You will receive an email about your order, invoice and the products you buy from us. We will email you our response when you have let us know your opinion.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can contact us in several ways. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, chat, email, call. This information is kept in our Autorespond system via contact moments. This way we can keep our customer service at a high level and have your data directly at hand.
ACCOUNT ONLINE
Your personal information is stored in your Indulite online account. Name and login details. Handy, then you don’t have to enter this data every time. We need this information to ensure that we can process your order correctly.
RETENTION PERIOD
We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our e-mails, your personal data will be removed from the system at the latest at the end of the relevant month.
We keep the data in our accounting and CRM system for at least 7 years, among other things to comply with all our legal obligations. This data will be deleted by us within 1 year after the expiry of this obligation.
The above term applies, provided that we have further legal obligations to keep the data for a longer period of time and/or to keep it available.
RIGHTS
You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data statement based on your consent, which took place before this withdrawal.
